Refund & Replacement Policy
1 ) Our general policy is that all products sold are non-refundable. Please review carefully your order before making a purchase. Product colour distortion do occur between different devices used to enter our store. As such, if you are unsure of the colour, please contact us for clarification, before purchasing.
2) We can only replace products sold to you if we shipped you an incorrect product. For this replacement, kindly do the following:
a) Email to merrijewellerysg@gmail.com, a picture of the incorrect item delivered, and the packaging, within 5 business days of receiving the incorrect product.
b) Upon our agreement to the replacement, please return us within 5 business days, the incorrect product, together with the original packaging. We will inform you of our forwarding address.
c) The cost of shipping the product back to us is borne by you.
3) We will send you the replacement product within 10 business days from date of receipt of the product returned by you. We will bear the shipping cost for sending the replacement product to you.
4) Where the product is no longer available, we will refund you the total cost of the order.
